Terms & Conditions
Earning points:
Clients earn 1 loyalty point for every Rs. 2500 spent in clinic on any treatment or product
Loyalty points cannot be transferred to cash
Loyalty points earned will reflect the paid value, not the recommended retail price (RRP)
Loyalty points will be awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of booking
General
BioLux may, from time to time, send reminders to you about redeeming your loyalty points
Except for ‘Bonus Points’, general loyalty points do not expire
BioLux Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to change or remove the loyalty program at any time

Points are not transferable between clients
Bonus Points
Bonus loyalty points may be awarded from time to time, at the discretion of BioLux, during certain campaigns
Eligibility for earning bonus loyalty points will be advertised during an applicable campaign
Unlike general loyalty points, bonus loyalty points may have an expiry date and may be subject to conditions which will be advertised during an applicable campaign
Redeeming Points:
Loyalty points can be used for any treatment or product purchase, including discounted treatments and part purchase (using points + cash)
Loyalty points used to purchase discounted treatments will reflect the value at the time of use, not the RRP
Loyalty points cannot be used to purchase gift cards
